Withdraw & send
Two screens move funds out of your Hyperliquid account, both in the Account rail:
- Withdraw (Account → Withdraw) takes them to another chain.
- Send (Account → Send) moves them to another address.
Withdraw on the Predictions rail opens the same withdrawal: a prediction balance is the same USDC the trading desk uses. The exception is a Polymarket balance, which sits on Polygon: the Withdraw card there has a Polymarket tab that brings it back to HyperCore first (about a minute); see how the money comes home.
Liquary adds no fee to either. You pay Hyperliquid’s fee and the network gas and bridge cost of the route, all shown before you sign. See Fees.
Withdraw
Pick what to take out, where it goes, and how much.
| You withdraw | Where it goes | How |
|---|---|---|
| USDC from your perp balance | Arbitrum | Hyperliquid’s own bridge, in one signature. Hyperliquid charges a flat 1 USDC, whatever the amount, and You receive already shows the amount net of it |
| HYPE, or USDC from your spot balance | HyperEVM by default, or on to another chain | One signature to HyperEVM. For another chain, a second step bridges from HyperEVM, and you can receive a different token at the end (HYPE in, USDC on Arbitrum out, for example) |
Before you sign:
- Gas for the bridge step. Leaving HyperEVM for another chain costs a little HYPE on HyperEVM. If you hold HYPE in spot, Liquary sends that gas ahead of your funds. With no HYPE anywhere, the withdrawal cannot go through.
- Gas on arrival. A USDC withdrawal of $5 or more, bridged to an EVM chain where your wallet holds (almost) no gas, delivers $0.50 of it as that chain’s native token, so you have gas to move the rest. The screen shows that line separately.
- Your first outbound. Hyperliquid charges 1 USDC once to activate an account. If it was not taken when your money arrived, it is taken on your first withdrawal or send.
- Account mode. In Unified or Portfolio margin, USDC still withdraws (to Arbitrum, through Hyperliquid’s bridge). Withdrawing another token needs Classic mode, and Hyperliquid only allows the switch back with no open positions, orders or TWAPs. The screen offers the switch in one signature.
- Sub-accounts. Withdrawals always leave from your main account. Move funds from a sub-account with Transfer first; see Sub-accounts.
If the connection drops after you sign, the screen reads Transfer status unknown instead of offering a retry: the transfer may have gone through. Check your balances and In & Out before sending again.
There is no cash-out to a bank account in the app: withdraw USDC and sell it wherever you normally would.
Send
Send moves funds to another address, on one of two networks:
- HyperCore: any Hyperliquid spot token, to any address. Instant, no gas, in every account mode.
- HyperEVM: native HYPE only, as an ordinary HyperEVM transaction.
The recipient is a 0x address or a Liquary @handle. A handle is resolved
to its wallet’s address, printed under the field before you sign; a handle
nobody owns blocks the send. Save frequent recipients to your address
book.
A transfer cannot be undone, so every send repeats the recipient and the amount for confirmation before your wallet prompt. An address pasted without its mixed-case checksum gets an extra warning to compare it character by character.
The first outbound fee above applies here too, and a send always leaves from your main account, even while a sub-account is active.
Where it shows up
Every deposit, withdrawal and send is listed under In & Out in your Portfolio, and under Transfers in your History, on both the trading and Predictions sides. Both export to CSV for a date range you pick.
