Swap
Swap exchanges one token for another without leaving Liquary. Open it from Swap in the navigation or in the Account rail.
It has three tabs, one per kind of place your tokens can sit:
- EVM swaps tokens held on an EVM chain, through aggregated liquidity. A network pill picks the chain: HyperEVM (the default), Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain or Robinhood Chain.
- HyperCore swaps tokens held in your Hyperliquid spot balance, on Hyperliquid’s own order books.
- Solana swaps tokens held in your linked Solana wallet, which signs the swap. With no Solana wallet linked, the tab offers to link one.
Swap opens on the tab where your money is, and remembers the one you pick. A balance row on another chain in your Portfolio opens Swap on that chain and that token.
How it works
- Pick the token you’re paying with and the token you want.
- Enter an amount. Liquary fetches a live quote and shows exactly what you’ll receive.
- Confirm in your wallet.
On the EVM and Solana tabs, routing is aggregated (via LI.FI) for the best path across the liquidity on that chain, and Liquary switches your wallet to the right network by itself.
On the HyperCore tab, a swap is a spot market order on Hyperliquid (limit orders live on the trading desk). When two tokens have no direct pair, the swap goes through USDC in two steps.
Swap on the Predictions side
Swap on the Predictions rail is the same HyperCore swap, except that you always receive USDC, the money a ticket is paid with. Money on another chain comes in through Deposit instead. The + $X in HyperCore tokens line under your prediction balances opens it on your largest token.
Which tokens are listed
The token pickers of Swap, Bridge and Deposit follow one rule, so a copy of a real token cannot pass for it:
- A token flagged as a scam never appears.
- An unverified token is not listed and cannot be found by name or symbol: only by pasting its full address. Picking it then opens a confirmation with the address and a link to its explorer page, and the row wears an Unverified tag.
- When two tokens share a symbol, the verified one wins.
Robinhood Chain’s tokenized stocks are verified by no list, so they show without a warning.
Fees & slippage
- EVM and Solana: the quote already includes the underlying DEX costs and Liquary’s integrator fee of 0.15%.
- HyperCore: a swap is a spot trade, so it pays the spot trading fees.
See Fees.
Slippage tolerance is set in the swap widget itself, not in Settings: 0.5% by default on the EVM and Solana tabs, 2% on HyperCore, where it caps the price the market order may reach. The swap won’t fill beyond it.
Swap vs Bridge. Use Swap to exchange one token for another on the same chain, and Bridge to move assets between chains (e.g. from Arbitrum onto Hyperliquid).
